EUV(극자외선) 광학 시스템

EUV 광학 시스템은 저출력 EUV(극자외선) 레이저로 반도체를 검수하는 장비입니다. 이 시스템은 반도체 웨이퍼의 수율을 높이는데 기여합니다. 높은 NA(numerical aperture)로 작은 반도체 크기에 맞는 해상도로 검수하며 이는 미래에 5~1 nm 정도의 극미세 회로 반도체를 검사하는데 적합합니다.

EUV(극자외선) 미러

카이로스페이스는 다층 코팅에 관련된 솔루션을 제공합니다. 다층 코팅된 미러는 65% 이상의 EUV 반사율을 보이며 매우 정밀한 polishing 그리고 특수 코팅 기술이 적용됩니다.

 

블랙 코팅 (EUV)

카이로스페이스는 화학 증착 기법을 기반으로 빛 흡수 블랙 코팅을 제공합니다. 이 특수 코팅은 극자외선, 자외선, 가시관선, 그리고 적외선 등을 흡수하는데 효과적입니다. 빛 흡수 테이프, 차폐경, 적외선 센서 부품, 열감지/적외선 카메라, 그리고 열 센서의 방사능 차폐막 등에 사용됩니다.

 

EUV optical system

EUV optical system is an equipment to review and inspect with low power EUV laser beam optical system. This system is to proofread semiconductor wafer to increase yield in production process. With high NA (Numerical Aperture), our optical head can achieve high resolution to identify small size of wafer. It will enable to inspect the smaller size of wafer even for 5 and 1 nm size of semiconductor circuit.

 

EUV mirror

With multilayer coatings to achieve reflectivity of EUV, KAIROSPACE developed full cycle technologies to manufacture. Our EUV mirror technology accomplished more than 65% reflectivity, ultra-high accuracy in polishing, and special coating.

 

Black coating (EUV)

We developed light-absorbing Black coatings based on chemical deposition technologies. It can be used in internal parts of optical systems, EUV, UV, Visible, and IR light-absorbing tapes, baffles, cold shields and other IR detectors parts, parts for thermographic cameras, night vision systems, radiation absorbing layers for temperature sensors.
