파워반도체상용화센터(PSCC)는 SiC 파워반도체 소자의 연구개발, 양산, 신뢰성 인증까지 파워반도체 산업의 거점기관으로서 부산테크노파크 산하 센터이다.

파워반도체 상용화 센터는 2017년 장전단지, 2019년 장안단지를 건립하여 SiC 일괄공정장비 28종과 신뢰성장비 22종을 보유하고 있으며 이러한 인프라의 운영을 통해 국내에서 SiC 파워반도체 산업의 헤드 쿼트 역할을 수행하고 보유 인프라 활용을 통한 기업지원 서비스를 전문으로 한다.

Our company is a power semiconductor commercialization center(PSCC) under Busan Techno Park as a base institution in the power semiconductor industry from research and development, mass production, and reliability certification of SiC power semiconductor devices.

PSCC built the Jangjeon complex in 2017 and the Jangan complex in 2019, and has 28 SiC fab processing equipment and 22 reliability equipment.

Through the operation of these infra and equipment, it plays the role of a head quart in the SiC power semiconductor industry in Korea and specializes in corporate support services.
